微波等离子体下甲烷偶联制C2烃类
Methane Coupling to C2 Hydrocarbons with Microwave Plasma
【摘要】 针对在微波等离子体下甲烷偶联制 C2 烃类反应随着时间的变化情况 ,讨论了 n( CH4 ) /n( H2 )对积碳的影响 ,结果表明当 n( CH4 ) /n( H2 )为 1 /4或比例更小时积碳较少。在 n( CH4 ) /n( H2 )为 1 /4时 ,微波等离子体下甲烷偶联反应持续3 0 min以上 ,而且甲烷转化率分布在 3 0~ 64%之间 ,C2 收率分布在 2 7~ 64%之间
【Abstract】 With microwave plasma, the reaction of methane coupling to C2 hydrocarbons was investigated along with the reaction time. The effect of the mixture gas’ ratio n(CH4)/n(H2) on accumulation carbon was discussed. The results show that accumulation carbon is less when n(CH4)/n(H2) is 1/4 or less. When n(CH4)/n(H2) is 1/4, the reaction of methane coupling can continue above 30 min. Moreover, the conversion of methane is 3064% and the yield of C2 was 2764%.
