基于多种诊断知识的回热系统故障诊断

【摘要】 多数现有的回热系统的故障诊断只是基于经验知识 ,而少数相关诊断系统也只是基于某种深知识的单一运用。然而 ,对于复杂的回热加热器设备 ,这些现有的回热诊断系统在工程使用中很容易造成误诊和漏诊。为克服现有回热诊断系统的困难和不足 ,就必须借助于多知识的运用和集成。本文建立了回热系统的故障树模型 ,给出了回热加热器和除氧器的定性微分方程 ,并将故障树分析、故障矛盾检测和故障模糊模式识别这三种深知识有机地结合在一起 ,提出了基于多知识集成的回热系统故障诊断推理控制机制 ,从而提高了回热系统诊断推理的效率和故障诊断的准确性。

【Abstract】 Many existing ways of fault diagnosis of reheating systems are also based on a certain knowledge. But for the complicated reheating equipment, misdiagnosing and neglectful diagnosing are easy to occre with existing diagnosing systems in enginerring. Application and agglomeration of multiple knowledge shonld be adopted in order to overcome the difficnlty and insufficiency of existing reheating diagnosing system. A fault tree model of reheating system has been set up and a qualitative differential equation of reheating heater and deaerator has been presented in this paper.An inference control way of fault diagnosis for reheating system has been raised based on combination of three profound knowledge such as analysis of fault tree, measurement of fault contradiction and identification of fault fuzzy mode so as to improve the efficiency of diagnostic inference of reheating system and the corre ction of fault diagnosis.
