【Abstract】 Tactical Internet, the backbone network for tactical communications in the wireless mobile environment, is the main channel through which to transmit Situational Awareness data and Command & Control data. OLSR, a routing protocol suited to mobile Ad Hoc networks, adopts the MPR(multipoint relay) to reduce routing overhead.
