【Abstract】 Assessment of sustainable use of cultivated land is a basic method of determining sustainable use of cultivated land resource and a basis for cultivated land protection and sustainable use. Following an explanation of the principles and methods of sustainable use assessment of cultivated land, this paper sets up a sustainable use index system for Xianning City, Hubei Province, makes an assessment research into the sustainability of cultivated land use from 1995 to 2000,and offers some suggestions for the sustainable use of cultivated land resource in that city.更多还原
