基于逆向工程的汽车覆盖件模具边界特征的提取
Extracting Boundary Characteristic of Auto MouldBased on Reverse Engineering
【摘要】 介绍了一种逆向工程中实现测量数据点中特征点的半自动提取方法,并基于所取得特征点完成对自由曲面数据点的划分。首先对获得的散乱数据点云进行多边形化,然后根据数据点局部表示对每点的法矢和曲率进行估算。再利用曲率极值法来获得边界点。最后边界点相联,组成光滑的边界曲线,完成对数据点云的划分。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a method for semi-automatic characteristic point extraction of data points.and fulfill segmentation of data points based on these characteristic points.In this paper,we first polygonize the scattered data points,then estimate the normal vector and curvature of each point using the local presentation of data points. Next the edge-points are smoothed using the extreme values curvature.At last,the smooth curves were obtained by linking the edge-points.So the segmentation of data points is carried out.
