【Abstract】 In this paper, a new scheme of displacement estimator for motion compensation is described. The estimator can output an integrated motion vector field for intra/inter frame prediction. Based on the translational model and adaptive block-matching method, the hierarchically structured displacement estimator is suitable for the big displacement and at the same time it can undertake the accuracy. It can also be performed with sub-pixel accuracy and avoid erroneous estimate.更多还原
