【摘要】 进入21世纪,特别是江苏省人大《关于加强环境综合整治推进生态省建设的决定》进入实施阶段后,矿产资源开发与生态省建设的矛盾更加突出,因而在生态省建设中矿产资源如何合理开发利用问题值得我们关注。本文通过对全省自然生态环境特征、矿产资源开发诱发的生态环境问题、生态省建设主要目标和措施的论述,就如何解决矿产资源开发与生态省建设之间的矛盾,提出对生态省建设影响最小的矿产资源合理开发利用方案,即合理规划和综合利用矿产资源、实施生态矿业、建立矿产资源工业园和矿业循环经济链、保护矿山环境,挖掘、开发旅游等资源,最终实现矿产资源开发利用与生态省建设双赢的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 To promote the ecological province construction, Jiangsu province, the confliction between the mineral resources exploitation and ecological-province construction has become much more extrusive. How to exploit rationally the mineral resources in the construction of ecological province deserved our attention. This paper puts forward the rational mineral resources exploitation and utilization schemes which have the least influence on the ecological-province construction, including rational layouting and comprehensive utilizing mineral resources, ecological mining industry, construction of mine resource industry zone and industry circular economical chain, protecting mine environment, excavating the tourism resources.更多还原
