【摘要】 IR2 1 1 0是IR公司的桥式驱动集成电路芯片 ,它采用高度集成的电平转换技术 ,大大简化了逻辑电路对功率器件的控制要求 ,同时提高了驱动电路的可靠性。对于典型的 6管构成的三相桥式逆变器 ,采用 3片IR2 1 1 0驱动 3个桥臂 ,仅需 1路 1 0V～ 2 0V电源。这样 ,在工程上大大减少了控制变压器体积和电源数目 ,降低了产品成本 ,提高了系统可靠性。文中介绍了该芯片的主要功能及技术参数 ,并就芯片典型应用电路进行了设计和分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to drive large power devices with the increasing applications of large power devices, especially in the study of bridge-circuit composed of large power devices is becoming a hot topic. IR(International Rectifier) corporation supplies a large number of drive circuits based on IC, such as IR2110.It adopts highly integrated electric level transfer technology, significantly simplifying the control request for logic circuit and improving the reliability. This paper introduces the main functions and technical parameters of integrated power drive chip IR2110 in detail, furthermore, a typical application circuit is designed and analyzed in this paper. Finally, the experience which the author has learned through practical application is also presented.更多还原
