【Abstract】 This paper introduces the implementation of the USB function of the TM1300 based vedio codec. USB is a standard interface, with convenience of installation, high speed, agility, low cost, ease of use for PC peripheral expansion and support for plug and play, and so on. It makes the communication more flexible and more convenient between the vedio codec and PC. The paper mainly describes the design of USB interface using PCI_XIO interface in TM1300, including hardware and software. The implementation of software mainly involves USB firmware and driver.
