【摘要】 介绍了一种基于AT89C5 1单片机的多功能电路测试平台 ,给出了测试平台的硬件组成和软件实现方法。该测试平台主要完成对某专用计算器中央控制电路板的电路、器件的在线测试。

【Abstract】 In this paper, an introduction of the multifunctional circuit test platform based on the chip microcomputer AT89C51 is given. The hardware constitution and software realization of this test platform are given. This test platform can accomplish the on line test to the circuits and components of some kind of special calculator central control circuit board.
