掺杂PZT粉料的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 以硝酸盐–柠檬酸为反应体系,通过柠檬酸盐聚合燃烧法合成PZT(Pb((Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3)、PZTS(Pb0.95Sr0.05(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3)和PZTSM(Pb0.95Sr0.05(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3+0.75%MnO2(摩尔比))微粉,研究了溶液混合后发生的化学反应,并测试了利用此方法制备的PZT、PZTS和PZTSM的介电和压电性能。结果表明,与PZTS相比,PZTSM的d33(211pC·N–1)、kp(0.498)和ε/ε0(1171)都有显著提高,而tgδ(0.0035)、矫顽电场和剩余极化明显降低,同时表现出施主和受主掺杂特性。

【Abstract】 PZT(Pb((Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3), PZTS(Pb0.95Sr0.05(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3) and PZTSM (Pb0.95Sr0.05(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 powders were prepared through citrate-polymerization- combustion processing with nitrate and citric acid as raw materials. The chemical reactions occured during the synthesis were studied. Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics made with the above mentioned powders were tested.The results show that d33(211pC· N–1)、kp(0.498) and ε/ε0(1 171) of PZTSM ceramics are improved remarkably ,however, tgδ(0.003 5),coercive strength and residul polarization decrease remarkably, compared with those of PZTS, and that the PZTSM ceramics reveals the characteristics of donator and acceptor.
