【Abstract】 Henan province has been the center in the development of middle area for its important geographical position and important role in the development of middle area. Although its economical and geographical advantages are favorable, many negative aspects such as improper economical structure, huge population, critical environmental condition and comparatively insufficient resources hinder the development of middle area. This essay analyze the main factors which influence the development of middle area in terms of circular economy and figure out that promoting circular economy is the requirement for the development of middle area and also an important realistic problem to be faced with. Promotion of circular economy is an important strategic measure to realize the development of Henan province in economy, society and ecology in harmonization.更多还原
