【摘要】 目前,松嫩盆地由于水资源的不合理开发所产生的环境地质问题日渐突出,水资源问题已经成为松嫩盆地各项经济建设发展的制约因素,因此,建立一套能够指导合理开发该区水资源并最大限度降低环境生态负效应的水资源开发模式已迫在眉睫。文章以地下水系统理论为指导思想,以水资源的可持续开发利用为研究目的,首先选取了一些能从整体上反映各亚系统内部与水资源开发利用有关的特征指标,在此基础上,提出了一套可以为该区水资源可持续开发利用提供科学依据的开发模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, many environmental and geological problems have arose because of water resources’ unreasonable utilization in Song_Nen basin, and water resources’ problem has become the bottleneck of the development of economy and construction, so it is an urgent work to establish a set of water resources’ development pattern which can give the principle of water resources’ reasonable development and lowing the eco_environmental side effects at the most limit. Taking groundwater system theory as guiding principle, and regarding water resources’ sustainable development as goal, this paper first selected some index which can reflex the relations among subsystems and water resources’ utilization, and then put forward a set of water resources’ development pattern which can provide science foundation for water resources’ sustainable development and protection in Song_Nen basin.更多还原
