【摘要】 文章对我国天然气资源总量及其分布、生产布局的特征、开发利用中的"西气东输"重点工程以及利用国外天然气资源在广东和福建省发展液化天然气(LNG)等进行了评价与分析。同时,对今后天然气的生产和需求以及在能源消费构成中的比重进行了预测;对天然气生产基地的建设以及海洋(东海、南海、渤海)天然气资源开发,结合LNG工程在沿海地区建设2100km天然气大动脉(管道)进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the following 10～20 years,the use of the natural gas will exceed the petroleum and become the main energy.Our country is rich in natural gas.At present,the use of the natural gas only accounts for 2%～3% in our country’s energy_consuming composition.In order to protect the petroleum security of our country, and improve the specific gravity in our country’s energy_consuming composition of natural gas, the "replace oil with gas" becomes a pattern of the petroleum security. The article performs evaluation and analysis on the total amount and distribution of our country’s natural gas resources,and the productive distribution characteristic of the natural gas ,and the key project so_called "transporting natural gas from the west to the east"in the use of natural gas,and utilizing overseas natural gas to develop LNG(liquefied natural gas)in Guangdong and Fujian province, ctc.At the same time, it predicts the production,the demand and specific gravity in the energy_consuming composition of the natural gas in the future.Also it prospects the construction of the production base of natural gas,and development of resources of natural gas of ocean(the Donghai sea,the Nanhai sea,the Bohai sea),2100 km of natural gas arteries(the pipeline)which is combined LNG projects in the coastal area.更多还原
