【Abstract】 To change development notion and strengthen reform and opening-up is the key to revive the Northeast industry base in China. In order to fulfill the above goal, we should re-evaluate the strategic role of northeast China according to the trend of industry globalization and her unique location advantage, promote her industries greatly by seizing the opportunities due to industry modernization and information industry development, and make a master plan for the region in order to seek a harmonized urban-rural development.更多还原
