斑海豹肠炎的病理学观察

【摘要】 对患病死亡斑海豹 ( Phoca vituliuslinnatus)剖检发现心包膜、胃黏膜及肠壁有不同程度的充血、出血 ;肝脏淤血、肿大 ;肺膨大、充血。病理组织学观察显示 ,心肌纤维断裂 ,有部分颗粒变性 ;胃黏膜部分脱落 ;肺泡壁由于毛细血管充血以及浆液性炎性浸润而显著增厚 ,部分细支气管和肺泡腔中渗有浆液以及脱落的细支气管上皮和肺泡壁上皮细胞 ;肠黏膜严重脱落 ,部分肠腺细胞崩解坏死 ,肠壁平滑肌有严重出血及色素沉着。结合临床表现认为该斑海豹因肠炎导致全身感染而死亡 ,对其发病过程进行了探讨

【Abstract】 Study on Phoca vitulius linnatus , pericardium, gastric and intestine mucosa showed several degrees of Congestion and hemorrhage. liver was extravasated blood and turgescent, lung was enlargement and hemorregic,intestine was turgescent and its’ contents were phaeus with mucilage, mesogaster was congestive, and turgescent. Through the histopathology, there were some slurry and neutral granulocytes in the broken cardiac muscle fiber. Gastric mucosa was partially deciduous.Alveolar wall was evidently incrassate because of the congestive capillary blood vessel, slurry and inflammatory infiltration. There were slurry and deciduous epithelia of in some bronchioles and alveoli of lung. Phaeus pigment granules in hepatic tissue were obvious. Intestinal mucosa abscission was serious, some of the intestinal gland cells were necrotic, the smooth muscle was hemorrhagic and has granules. It was considered through the study with gross signs that local inflammation, enteritis caused general infection, the sick Phoca Vitulius Linnatus died of secondary infection. The course of illness was also studied.
