己烯雌酚半琥珀酸的合成
Synthesization of Diethylstilbestrol Hemisuccinate
【摘要】 将己烯雌酚与丁二酸酐按一定比例溶解于无水吡啶中 ,室温下反应 3 4h。反应产物用稀盐酸溶液洗涤 ,将所得沉淀干燥后经分离纯化 ,对纯化产物进行高分辨质谱、红外光谱鉴定。结果表明 ,高分辨质谱测定出纯化物的分子量为 3 86.195 9,红外光谱鉴定出纯化物的官能团和己烯雌酚半琥珀酸相符 ,从而证明所合成的产物就是己烯雌酚半琥珀酸。本研究为己烯雌酚免疫原的合成奠定了基础
【Abstract】 To build a method of synthesizing diethylstilbestrol hemisuccinate,diethylstilbestrol was mixed with succinic anhydride according to a certain ratio in dehydrated pyridine. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 36 h.The residue was washed with dilute hydrochloric acid solution,The precipitation was dried,purified,and identified by the infrared spectrometry (IR) and high mass spectrometry(HRMS)with DES-HS.Its productivity was 46.7%.The condition of synthesizing DES-HS was simple and its productivity was higher,this produced the necessary prerequisition to synthesize DES immunogen.
