【Abstract】 Phenicols include chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and florfenicol. They played a very important role in clinical veterinary practice because of their broad antibacterial spectrum, rapid absorption and wide distribution. So the studies on their resitance have also become a big concern. This paper summarized the advances of studies on mechanism of resistance of phenicols from several aspects including the characteristics, status in the present time, the biochemical mechanism and the molecular mechanism, especially the molecular mechanism in order to understand the trend of the resistance of the phenicols properly and further to provide the basis for preventing the production of the resistant stains and using these drugs reasonablely.更多还原
