【Abstract】 There is an intimate relationship between polyamine and the growth of cells,these polyamines mainly include putrescine,spermidine and spermine . The studies on polyamine and cells apoptosis will provide scientific materials for the study of cells growth and anticarcinoma.This article elucidated as far the links between polyamine and cells apoptosis by giving some information about metabolism of polyamine,the relationship of polyamine and cells growth or apoptosis and the mechanism of polyamine modulation,these informations mainly include the effect of putrescine,spermine, ODC and SSAT on cell apoptosis,and metablism of polyamine modulating cell apoptosis by Caspase-3,P⁵³,MAPK/JNK and oncogene way.更多还原
