冲模CAD中实例匹配的相似度定量计算研究
Research on Quantitative Calculation of Parts Similarity Degree in CAD Die
【摘要】 对集成环境下基于CBR的冲模CAD系统中实例提取的关键技术———实例匹配的相似度定量计算进行了研究。依据冲压工件自身特征信息熏按形状特征、精度特征和综合特征三方面进行了特征分类,采用特征建模的方法将产品设计数据转化为特征信息模型。根据待加工零件的特征信息,运用模糊数学中的模式识别等理论,重点讨论了冲压工件相似实例提取中的相似性定量计算方法问题,最终以相似性理论为基础,从总体相似度计算和设计特征相似度计算两个方面进行了深入探讨,得出了冲压工件间整体相似度计算方法。
【Abstract】 The key technologies for matching cases in CAD die on CBR have been studied. According to the basic feature information of workpiece,feature has been classified as shape feature,precision feature and collectivity feature. Design data of workpiece have been translated into feature information model by feature modeling. Quantitative calculation method of similarity degree in similar stampings has been focused via mode identification of Fuzzy Math,resulting in obtaining calculation method of total similarity degree of stampings,upon deep discussion about calculation of both total similarity and design feature similarity based on similarity theory.
