液压模锻锤联通油压求解的几种方法
Several Methods of Solution to Communicating Oil Pressure of Hydraulic Die Forging Hammer
【摘要】 联通油压是液压模锻锤的基本参数之一熏由它可以确定锤的打击次数、打击力和泵的容量熏是设计液压系统的依据。本文应用牛顿定律、达朗伯原理、动力学普遍方程、拉格朗日方程对其进行了求解,这将有助于深入了解液压模锻锤的工作原理与力学本质。
【Abstract】 Communicating oil pressure is one of fundmental parameters,by which beat times and forging force of the hammer and capacity of the pump can be determined with this basis for the design of the hydraulic system.The solution to communicating oil pressure has been done by using Newton’s laws,Dalembert’principle,General equation of dynamics and Lagrange’s equation, helpful to deeply understand the working principle of hydraulic die forging hammer and its substance of machanics.
