新型板式换热器的柔性冲压成形
The Flexible Stamping for a New Type of Compact Heat Exchanger
【摘要】 在分析焊接板式换热器结构特点的基础上,介绍了换热器板片的板料冲压加工工艺、多工位冲压模具结构及其自动化柔性冲压生产线。
【Abstract】 Upon analysis of characteristics of the frame of wholly welded compact plat e heat exchanger,the plate stamping technology and multiple station die have be en used in an automatic flexible stamping production line with single-chip-mic rocomputer controlled hydraulic system.
