MH-Ni动力电池化成工艺的研究
Study on MH-Ni battery formation process
【摘要】 比较了不同化成制度对MH-Ni动力电池正负极材料的影响。实验表明:常规封口化成和高温封口化成对比,高温封口化成所需周期短,高温化成后电池传荷阻力小,电化学活性高,大电流性能好。运用XRD定性分析了不同化成制度后正负极结构变化,发现高温化成过程中,贮氢负极产生了晶体缺陷(表现为微观应力),它为氢的扩散提供了扩散通道,从而有利于氢在合金中的扩散;镍电极产生的缺陷更多,充放电质子移动更容易,因此,大电流放电性能相对较好。
【Abstract】 The effects of different formation process on MH/Ni battery were emphatically studied. The experimental results demonstrated that the battery of the high temperature formation processes had better high-rate performance, due to its lower charge transfer resistance and higher electrochemical activity. X-ray diffraction was used to study the structure of positive and negative electrodes after different activation process. The results indicated that the negative and positive electrodes exists many defects after high temperature formation process, which results in good high-rate capability of battery.
