不同粒度碳材料对K2FeO4放电性能的影响

【摘要】 应用扫描电镜或透射电镜分析了不同粒度碳材料(包括石墨、膨化石墨和乙炔黑)的形貌,并着重研究了这些导电剂及其含量对K2FeO4放电性能的影响。研究结果表明,当K2FeO4电极中碳类导电剂含量较低时,粒度较小的导电剂对其放电性能改善较为显著;而当碳类导电剂含量较高时,则是粒度较大的导电剂有利于K2FeO4电极放电。

【Abstract】 The morphology of the carbon materials, including graphite, expanded graphite, acetylene black, were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) or transmission electron micrograph (TEM). The effects of carbon materials and their content on the discharge capability of K2FeO4 electrode were mainly studied in this paper. Studies show that carbon materials with smaller grain size can remarkably improve the discharge performance of K2FeO4 when their contents are lower in the electrode. However, carbon materials with larger grain size are advantageous to improving the discharge performance of K2FeO4 electrode when the electrode contains more carbon materials.
