慢脉冲快速充电方法析气性能的研究

【摘要】 研究了慢脉冲快速充电方法和普通充电方法的析气性能。析气是由于充电过程中的极化导致充电电压升高,而慢脉冲充电方法可有效地消除极化;同时控制影响析气量的两个主要充电参数恒流到恒压的转换电压和恒压值,以达到减少析气量的目的,也不影响充电的其它性能。研究结果表明在选择合适的充电参数时,慢脉冲快速充电方法的析气性能不仅优于普通充电方法,而且较好地实现了快速充电,同时能延长电池的使用寿命。

【Abstract】 The performances of outgoing gas in fast charging method with slow pulse and ordinary method of charge werestudied. The reason of outgoing gas is that the charge voltage goes up from polarization, but the slow pulse charging method can availably remove the problem of polarization. Control to the primarily two parameter that affect outgoing gas, it is conversion voltage and constant voltage, then attain the purpose that decrease volume of outgoing gas and also not affect the other performance of charging. The experimental result indicates the method of the fast charging method with slow pulse realizes better fast charging; meanwhile it also can prolong the life of battery.
