中间相炭微球表面镀铜银合金的电化学性能

【摘要】 采用化学镀的方法在石墨化中间相炭微球(MCMB)的表面镀覆铜银合金,对镀覆后的中间相炭微球进行扫描电镜分析和X射线衍射分析,结果表明,铜银合金沉积在中间相炭微球的表面,在空气中具有较强的抗氧化能力。将镀覆铜银合金的中间相炭微球用于锂离子蓄电池负极材料,在较高湿度下搁置后对材料进行了电化学测试,结果表明,镀铜银合金中间相炭微球仍然具有303.8mAh·g-1的可逆容量和良好的循环稳定性,20次循环后放电容量保持率在94.6%。

【Abstract】 Cu-Ag alloy was coated on the surface of graphitized mesocarbon microbeads (MCMBs) by electroless plating. SEM and XRD were used to analyze the coated MCMBs. The results show that Cu-Ag alloy has been plated on the surface of MCMBs and is provided with antioxidbillity at normal temperature in the air. The electrochemical performance of coated MCMBs has been studied as active anode material for lithium ion batteries. It is found that at high humidity, the coated MCMBs still have high reversible capacity of 303.8 mAh·g-1 and excellent cycling capability which holding 94.6% discharge capacity of that after 20 cycles.
