活性炭双电层电容器的研究
Study on active carbon-based double-layer capacitor
【摘要】 通过活化预处理,获得了内阻较小,电化学可逆性高,比电容高达168.5 F/g的双电层电容器活性材料。使用该材料制得的电容器的漏电流小(1.12 mA),平均等效内阻仅为2.12 Ω,高倍率放电条件下容量衰减小于2.59 mAh/g,循环寿命超过60 000次,但该实验电容器的自放电率较高,材料有待进一步处理。
【Abstract】 A new active carbon material used for double-layer capacitor was obtained by means of immersing the raw material in concentrated nitric acid. The capacitor such made has low leakage current(1.12 mA), low average Equivalent Series Resistace (ESR 2.21Ω), high electrochemical reversibility, and 168.5 F/g in specific capacitance. Meanwhile, the capacitor’s capacity lose is less than 2.59 mAh/g at high current density discharge ratio and cycle life is over 60 000 times. But the capacitor suffers from relative big self-discharge ratio, which means a further treatment of the active carbon is necessary.
