镍活化织物表面的化学镀镍研究
Electroless Nickel Plating on Textile Surface Activated by Nickel
【摘要】 以镍盐取代钯盐作为活化剂,利用热氧化还原法制取活性镍,在涤纶织物表面进行化学镀镍研究。探讨了镍活化的机理,观察分析了织物表面形貌及其主要元素组成。结果表明,镍活化剂在200℃以上发生热氧化还原反应,在涤纶织物表面产生金属活性镍,以合适的碱性镀液施镀,获得低磷Ni-P合金镀层织物。
【Abstract】 Redox by heating is introduced into producing activated nickel. Electroless nickel plating on polyester textile surface activated by nickel salt instead of palladium salt was studied. Activation mechanism with nickel salt is discussed. The morphology and elemental compositions of the textile surface were observed and analyzed by means of electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS). The result show that redox reaction occurs when nickel activating agent is heated up to 200℃and the metal nickel is deposited on polyester fiber surface. Therefore, low-phosphorus Ni-P alloy based textile was prepared, by electroless plating with proper basic bath.
