Design of A New Intelligent Controller with Communication for Low-Voltage Circuit Breaker Based on CANbus (Continued)
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型的基于CAN总线的低压断路器可通信智能控制器的研制与开 发。对系统构成、硬件组成、实时多任务软件设计、上位机监控软件以及测量与保护算法等作 了较详细说明,并着重阐述了80C196KC和外围可编程器件PSD934F2及通信接口的设计。目 前,该控制器样机已投入运行,同上位机联接构成分布式监控系统。经现场试验表明,能较好 地实现测量、保护、监控与通信等功能,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The development and design of a new intelligent controller with communication-capable for low-voltage circuit breaker based on CAN bus were introduced. The compositions of hardware and real time multi-task software, monitoring software of host computer and measuring and protecting algorithm were described in detail. The designs of 80C196KC, programmable device PSD934F2 and communication interface are expounded. The prototype of the controller was put into operation,the intelligent controller is connected with host computer to build a distributed monitoring system. The results of industrial practice show that this system can realize the functions such as measuring, protecting, monitoring and communication and has bright future of application.
