交流接触器的同步控制
Synchronous Control of AC Contactor
【摘要】 合闸相角对交流接触器的动态特性 ,尤其是触头碰撞弹跳有重要影响。首先用定相合闸装置 ,对一台 80A的样机在不同的合闸相角下的触头弹跳时间进行测量 ;然后采用虚拟样机技术 ,对交流接触器闭合的动态全过程进行仿真研究。最后提出了一种交流接触器的同步控制方法。
【Abstract】 Closed phase angle has important effect on the dynamic behavior of AC contactors including contact bounce, especially. Using a device for selecting a certain angle to switch on circuit, the contact bounce of a pro- duct , with 80 A rated current, had been investigated under different angles experimentally. Then, with virtual prototyping technology, the dynamic behavior of the contactor has been simulated. Based on the above research, a synchronous control method for AC contactor was proposed.
