基于三维有限元寻优方法的交流接触器磁系统静态特性分析
Analysis of the Static Character of 3D Magnetic Field for AC Contactor Based on Finite Element Optimization Design
【摘要】 通过三维有限元方法分析交流接触器操作电磁铁的静态特性。由于计算中给定的是电磁铁的线圈电压,而有限元计算则是在给定电流条件下进行的,因而必须把电磁场计算与交流电路方程耦合求解。本文采用寻优方法求解该问题,同时用上述方法计算了不同供电频率下的吸力特性。
【Abstract】 The static character of electromagnetic field of an electromagnetic actuator used on AC contactor was analyzed by 3-D finite element method. Since in the calculation the voltage was given and the current was required in the finite element analysis, the two kinds of equations must be coupled. The optimization design to solve this problem was presented. And the attractive force under the different frequency of power supply was calculated.
