【Abstract】 In this paper,a kind of connection method—extend-triangle connection was introduced. Then,the real-time control and detect system of resistance-heated furnace based on PLC was described. It can print the real-time data,alert in sound,light,plot when it beyond the limit,record and print the history temperature data.
