【摘要】 目的　探讨茶制品氟含量。方法　应用热水浸泡及煮沸法提取茶中氟。结果　 ( 1)袋泡茶氟含量差别大 ,氟含量平均值±标准差为 ( 4 19.5± 3 5 7.2 )mg kg( 87.6～ 10 94.5mg kg) ,每袋茶氟量 ( 0 .5 83 5± 0 .42 15 )mg( 0 .114～ 1.2 812mg 袋 ) ;( 2 )砖茶氟含量在 3 5 0mg kg以上 ,砖茶中茶叶氟含量为茶杆的 3 .6倍 ;( 3 )沏茶过程中 ,头遍茶氟溶出量达 80 %;( 4 )不同茶园新鲜茶原料含氟不同 ;( 5 )茶叶叶片氟富集随生存时间呈线性增加。结论　茶叶制品含氟较多且氟含量变化大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore fluoride content in some products of tea and its law.Methods Fluoride content in some bag teas and brick teas was determined by methods of boiling and soaking in hot water.Results (1)There was an obvious difference in fluoride content in differet bag teas;The mean and standard deviantion of fluoride content in tea was 419.5±357.2 mg/kg with a range of 87.6 to 109 4.5 mg/kg,and 0.583 5±0.421 5 mg ranged from 0.114 to 1.281 2 mg fluoride per bag.(2)The contents of fluoride of brick teas were all over 350 mg/kg and the fluoride content of leaves was 3.6 times that of sticks.(3)The rate of extraction of fluoride in first infusion of tea was more than 80% in the process of making tea.(4)Fluoride contents in fresh tea were variable in different tea gardens.(5)Fluoride accumulation in leaf of tea tree showed a linear increase with prolonging of existence time in stick.Conclusions Tea produces contained much fluoried and the contents of fluoride were variable in different product of tea.更多还原
