【摘要】 将30只试验鹿随机分为3组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组为试验组,分别在日粮中添加400mg/kgVC和166.64IU/kgVE。观测“保定与锯茸”应激状态下,梅花鹿血液白细胞的数量和组成、血浆总糖皮质激素、皮质醇浓度及淋巴细胞糖皮质激素受体含量的变化。结果表明,VC和VE均可显著提高应激鹿血液白细胞总数(P<0.01);VC和VE均可显著提高应激鹿血液中淋巴细胞百分率(P<0.01),降低N/L值(P<0.01)。VC和VE可显著降低应激鹿血浆总糖皮质激素、皮质醇浓度,提高应激鹿血液淋巴细胞糖皮质激素受体含量(P<0.01)。综合比较,VC的作用效果较VE好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty spotted deers under stress were randomly divided into 3 groups,ie,control,treated group 1 and treated group 2 to investigate the effects of dietary addition vitamin C and E on counts and component of lymphocytes,concentration of glucocorticoid and cortisol as well as the glucocorticoid recepter content in the animals.The results showed that VC and VE significantly increuased the total number of white blood cell in stress deer(P<0.01);VC and VE significantly raised the percentages of lymphocytes in stress deer and reduced the ratio of N/L (P<0.01). VC and VE significantly reduced the concentrations of glucocorticoid and cortisol, and this induced the increasement of glucocorticoid recepter content in lymphocyte in blood of the stress deer (P<0.01).
