【摘要】 研究了Nd2 -xSrxNiO4 多晶的输运性质 .0 <x 0 .5样品低温下的电阻率很好地满足变程跳跃公式 ,0 .8 x 1.1样品在室温以上呈现金属性行为 ,随着温度降低出现金属 绝缘体转变 ,x =1.4样品的金属性从室温开始一直保持到 14K .用变程跳跃机制很好地解释了x=0 .33样品的热电势 温度关系曲线更多还原

【Abstract】 The transport property of Nd 2- x Sr x NiO 4 poly crystals with various Sr content is studied. For 0< x 0.5, the temperature dependence of resistivity is well fitted with variable-range-hopping(VRH) formula. Nd 2- x Sr x NiO 4 (0.8 x 1.4) exhibit metallic-like behavior above room temperature and show metal-insulator transition with the decreasing of temperature below room temperature. For x =1.4, the resitivity remains metallic down to 14K. The thermopower for x =0.33 is interpreted very well by the VRH mechanism.更多还原
