【Abstract】 The connotative intensions implied in IEC 61850 are induced and the support to these factors from IEC 61850 architecture is analyzed. After researching the relation among these intensions, it is pointed out that in IEC 61850 the interoperability does not exist in an isolate situation, through the balance among the interoperability and other objective intensions in IEC 61850 an annotation of interoperability in IEC 61850 is formed, thus the necessity and generic principle of applying IEC 61850 to the products are incarnated.更多还原
