面向对象的图形化地区电网继电保护整定软件研究

【摘要】 针对地区电网继电保护整定计算的特点和要求,作者研究了地区电网图形化整定计算软件的开发。该软件基于面向对象的弱耦合模块设计思想,保证了系统架构的强壮性和灵活性。图形平台中提出的捕捉点模型很好地实现了电气主接线图的网络拓扑自动跟踪。根据地区电网运行方式设定特点,在整定计算中引入了双层运行方式和归算电源的概念。采用通用核心算法的故障分析模块可同时为整定计算和定值校核提供全面的分析结果。具有开放性的整定专家知识库能灵活地适用于地区电网中繁复的整定计算工作。该图形化整定软件已投入实际使用。

【Abstract】 According to the special requirement of protective relaying setting in district power network, the development of a graph based protective relaying setting software for district power network is described. Using the design principle of objective oriented weak coupling modules, the robustness and flexibility of system framework are ensured. The automatic tracking of power network topology is well implemented by use of the snap model put forward in the graphic platform. Considering the characteristics of operation style in district power network, the concepts of two level operation style pattern and equivalence power source are led to setting calculation. The application of fault analysis module based on general-purpose kernel algorithm can simultaneously offer complete analysis result for setting calculation module and set value checking module, and the open expert knowledge database is flexible and suitable for the complicated protective relaying setting in district power network. The presented graph based setting software is put into practical use.
