【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the layout of domestic electric energy metering and billing system and its data transmission modes, and considering modern computer network security technology, it is put forward to use the digital signature technique to ensure the integrity of remote data, at the same time, the security of electric energy metering and billing system can be further enhanced by using firewall and physical isolation gateway device to the data in the master station of the system. The electric energy metering and billing systems which use these techniques are applied in many domestic regional power networks.更多还原
