支持组件接口规范的能量管理系统软总线的初步研究与实现
PRELIMINARY RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SOFT-BUS FOR EMS SUPPORTING COMPONENT INTERFACE SPECIFICATION
【摘要】 随着EMS规模和功能的不断发展,其开放性正变得日益重要。不但在EMS内部各个应用模块之间,而且在EMS与其它系统之间都有无缝连接的需要。软总线是开放EMS的关键模块之一,作者在IEC61970标准的基础上采用公共对象请求代理结构(CommonObjectRequestBrokerArchitecture,CORBA)技术,对EMS软总线进行了研究和实践。软总线的实现可分为两部分:一部分是存储CIM信息的数据库平台,它可以基于商用关系数据库,也可以基于实时数据库;另一部分是IEC619704xx中描述的标准接口的实现。两部分内容组成了支持组件接口规范(ComponentInterfaceSpecification,CIS)的EMS软总线。此项工作已通过国家电力调度通信中心主持的互操作测试。
【Abstract】 With the progressive development of EMS in scale and function, the openness of EMS is becoming increasingly important. It is necessary to realize seamless connection not only among internal modules of EMS, but also between EMS and other systems provided by different vendors. Soft-bus is one of the key modules for an open EMS. Here, an EMS soft-bus, which is based on the standard of IEC 61970 and Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA), is researched. The implementation of soft-bus can be devided into two parts. One is the data storage platform for Common Information Model (CIM), in which both real-time database and commercial relational database can be adopted. Another is the implementation of the specified interface, which is described in IEC61970-4xx. Finally, an open soft-bus for EMS supporting Component Interface Specification (CIS) is implemented and its practicality is verified by the interoperation test organized by National Power Dispatching & Communication Centre of China.
