【Abstract】 According to its own characteristic of reactivepower the frame for reactive power market under unilateralopen electricity market is constructed, i.e., in the light of thedistribution features of loads and reactive power sources aregional reactive power markets are established and each ofthese regional markets constitutes by corresponding reactiveelectricity quantity market and reactive capacity market. Areactive power bidding model for generators under such amode of reactive power market and a reactive power ratecalculation model, which is on the basis of bidding and takesthe minimized total power purchasing cost of the whole systemfor objective function, are put forward. The preliminaryanalysis on the influence of bidding of active power rate andreactive power rate for generators and the load power factorson the nodal reactive power rates and the voltage level of thewhole system is carried out by means of a 5-bus system, andsome conclusions available for reference are obtained.更多还原
