单边开放电力市场下的无功电价研究

【摘要】 作者结合无功功率自身特点构建了单边开放电力市场下的无功市场框架:即根据负荷和无功源的分布特点建立区域无功市场,各区域无功市场又由相应的无功电量市场和无功容量市场组成:并提出了该无功市场模式下的发电机无功报价模型和基于报价的以系统总购电费用最小为目标的无功电价计算模型:最后结合一个5节点系统初步分析了发电机有功报价、无功报价以及负荷功率因数对节点无功电价和系统电压水平的影响,得出了一些可供借鉴的结论。

【Abstract】 According to its own characteristic of reactivepower the frame for reactive power market under unilateralopen electricity market is constructed, i.e., in the light of thedistribution features of loads and reactive power sources aregional reactive power markets are established and each ofthese regional markets constitutes by corresponding reactiveelectricity quantity market and reactive capacity market. Areactive power bidding model for generators under such amode of reactive power market and a reactive power ratecalculation model, which is on the basis of bidding and takesthe minimized total power purchasing cost of the whole systemfor objective function, are put forward. The preliminaryanalysis on the influence of bidding of active power rate andreactive power rate for generators and the load power factorson the nodal reactive power rates and the voltage level of thewhole system is carried out by means of a 5-bus system, andsome conclusions available for reference are obtained.
