伪并行遗传算法及其在水电站经济运行中的应用
PSEUDO PARALLEL GENETIC ALGORITHM AND ITS APPLICATION IN ECONOMIC OPERATION OF HYDROPOWER STATION
【摘要】 提出了一种伪并行算法,来提高遗传算法的搜索能力和效率以及避免算法中常出现的“早熟”现象,并且进行了两个仿真实验。在以清江隔河岩水电站的4台机组为例的经济运行工程实验中,从收敛速度、搜索能力和运算速度三方面比较了该算法和自适应遗传算法、双代竞争遗传算法的性能,得到了令人满意的结论,说明本文所提出的改进遗传算法可以成功地应用到水电站经济运行中。
【Abstract】 A pseudo parallel genetic algorithm is putforward to improve the search ability and search efficiency ofgenetic algorithm and to avoid the premature convergencephenomenon which often appears and two simulations areconducted. Taking four generating sets in Geheyan hydropowerstation for example, the presented pseudo parallel geneticalgorithm is compared with adaptive genetic algorithm andtwo-generation competitive selection genetic algorithm in respectof convergence speed, search ability and computing speed. Thecomparison results show that the presented genetic algorithm issatisfying, and satisfying conclusion is obtained and it isindicated that the presented algorithm can be successfully appliedto the economic operation of hydropower stations.
