同步相量技术应用于电力系统暂态稳定性控制的可行性分析

【摘要】 在同步相量技术迅速发展和广泛应用的基础上,提出了基于同步相量响应的广域暂态稳定性控制的概念,阐述了其原理和系统结构,重点讨论了系统实现所涉及的关键技术,包括功角测量、暂态稳定性判别和控制决策、响应时间、通信方式和可靠性设计等,从而论证了同步相量技术应用于电力系统暂态稳定性控制的可行性和优越性。

【Abstract】 The rapid progress of synchrophasor technology promotes broad applications of Wide-Area Measurement System (WAMS), and unveils a new era of power system monitoring, analysis and control. This paper investigates the feasibility of one of the most promising applications of synchrophasor, i.e., the Wide-Area Transient Stability Control. After a brief review of the state-of-arts of related technologies, the authors first propose the concept of 揝ynchrophasor Response Based Wide-Area TSC?or SRBWA-TSC. Next the operation principle and system structure of SRBWA-TSC are described in detail. Then some key issues in its implementation are emphatically analyzed, including power angle measurement, transient stability identification and control, response time, communication infrastructure and system reliability. Thereby the feasibility and superiority of applying synchrophasor to power system transient stability control are well demonstrated.
