高温超导SMES磁体直接冷却的热分析
THERMAL ANALYSIS ON CRYOCOOLER-COOLED BI-2223 SUPERCONDUCTING MAGNET
【摘要】 用G-M制冷机(5W/20K)将Bi2223带材绕制的SMES超导磁体,在10-3Pa真空度下,从常温300K左右冷却到25K,得到了磁体冷却过程速率和磁体温度分布。在实验研究超导磁体降温特性的基础上,对SMES磁体的冷却过程进行了热分析,实验研究表明为使超导磁体有效地冷却和稳定运行,除了减小磁体漏热和其内部发热,有效控制热传导部件间的接触界面热阻是高温超导直接冷却磁储能装置研发应用中的关键技术问题。
【Abstract】 A Bi2223 magnet unit has been cooled from about 300 K nearly to 25 K with 5 W (20K) G-M refrigerator over 10-3 Pa vacuum. This article make analysis of cooling process of SMES magnet with thermodynamics and theory of heat transfer. On the basis of cooling experiment, the velocity and temperature distribution of magnet cool-down has been given. Experiment research shows that efficiently controlling interfacial thermal resistance in cryocooler-cooled high Tc SMES unit should be a key technical problem besides reducing heat leak and inner heat for cooling magnet effectively.
