【Abstract】 According to the error channel and the statistical characteristic of the source code, a new adaptive unequal error protection scheme for improving the error resilience of the bitstream based on DCT transform is proposed in the paper. According to the feedback information of the channel, the system can adjust the parameter q of DCT and channel coding rate. Then the DCT coefficients are re-arranged with importance and are VLC coded. Finally, before transmission the data is protected unequally. Simulations in high error channel show that the method has better performance then the EEP method.更多还原
