【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the intra prediction of the JM7.2, a fast mode decision method of intra prediction is put forward. In intra coding, the mode selections between chroma prediction and luma prediction are separated. In inter coding, the information of the best inter mode is used to accelerate the intra prediction. Compared with theJM72, about 29% coding time is saved, while the luma PSNR decreases only 0.01 dB and the bit-rate increases about 0.34%.更多还原
