【Abstract】 Based on the study of the principles of the three-step search (TSS) algorithm, an improved new TSS algorithm is proposed, in which the idea of parallel seach is used in the first step of search. The improved new TSS algorithm solves the problem of that the estimation result is poor for smaller motion, and at the same time keeps the high efficiency of the origoinal TSS algorithm.更多还原
