【Abstract】 ln this paper,two new materials for the protecting layer in AC-PDP are introduced.One of the two new types of protecting layers is MgF2 and MgO multiple protecting layer alteratively deposited on a MgO base layer, andthe other is a single La F3 protecting layer deposited on a MgO base layer. It is demonstrated that they are effective in lowering the firing and sustaining voltage of PDPs and enhancing the brightness of the panel as well.更多还原
