【Abstract】 Based on the viewpoint of system theory, from the view of accident prevention, safety ensuring and accident emergency, the framework system of urban rail transit safety research is build up. The theory system, technology system, management system, and code & standard system of accident prevention, safety ensuring and accident emergency are discussed.
