不同浓度H218O等因素对合成18F-双脱氧葡萄糖的影响
Effect of H218 O concentration and other factors on 18 F-FDG syntheses
【摘要】 目的 :以单管酸水解法合成1 8F 双脱氧葡萄糖 (1 8F FDG)为例 ,分析了利用不同浓度的H2 1 8O对1 8F FDG合成效率的影响因素 .方法 :利用不同浓度H2 1 8O生产1 8F-,采取单管盐酸水解法合成1 8F FDG ,观察不同条件下1 8F FDG的合成效率 .结果 :不同浓度H2 1 8O对1 8F FDG合成效率的影响不大 ,反应的副产品1 3 N主要以气态方式存在 ,不参与1 8F FDG的合成过程 ;合成体系中的含水量是最终影响合成效率的主要因素 ,通过有效除水可以缩短合成时间 ,提高1 8F FDG的合成效率 .结论 :根据每日接受检查的患者数量用不同浓度的H2 1 8O生产1 8F-,可以在不影响合成效率的前提下 ,节约制药成本 .
【Abstract】 AIM: To analyze the effects of the concentration of H 2 18 O on the synthesis of 2 18 F 2 deoxy β D glucose ( 18 F FDG) using single pot acid hydrolysis. METHODS: Different concentration of H 2 18 O was used and the synthesis rate in each 18 F FDG production was observed. RESULTS: The concentrations of H 2 18 O were found to have little effect on the synthesis rate of 18 F FDG. The main by product was 13 N, mostly in gaseous form, and with little involvement in the 18 F FDG production. The determinant in the synthesis was the presence of water. Via several dehydration steps, water could be minimized and the production rate would be maximized. CONCLUSION: The concentration of H 2 18 O can be set with the number of patients to be examined, thus ensuring the normal synthesis rate and reducing the cost at the same time.
