【摘要】 目的 :了解TM与VEGF在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及与肿瘤的浸润程度、组织学分级等病理参数的关系 ,分析VEGF与TM的相关性 .方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测 5 0例子宫内膜腺癌、1 0例子宫内膜复杂型增生过长、1 0例正常子宫内膜组织中TM与VEGF的表达 .结果 :TM和VEGF表达在子宫内膜腺癌与子宫内膜复杂型增生过长和正常子宫内膜之间均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;TM的表达与临床分期有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与组织学分级、肌层浸润程度、患者年龄无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;VEGF的表达与临床分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润程度、患者年龄均无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;TM与VEGF在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达亦无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 :TM与VEGF与肿瘤的发生有关 ;TM表达水平与子宫内膜癌的转移有关 ,有望成为判断子宫内膜癌患者病情发展和预后的一项新指标更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the relationship of expression of TM and VEGF in endometrial carcinoma and the infiltration degree and the histological grading and to analyze the correlation between TM and VEGF. METHODS: The expression of TM and VEGF was detected immunohistochemically in 50 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, 10 cases of endometrial complex hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal endometrium. RESULTS: The positive rates of TM and VEGF in endometrial carcinoma were both significantly higher than those in complex hyperplasia and normal endometrium ( P <0.05). The expression of TM gradually decreased with the progress of clinical stage ( P <0.05). There was no obvious relationship between the expression of TM and the histological grading, muscular invasion and patients age ( P >0.05). The expression of VEGF had no relationship with clinical stage, histological grading, muscular invasion and patients age ( P >0.05). No correlation between TM and VEGF was observed in endometrial carcinoma ( P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: TM and VEGF are associated with the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma. The expression level of TM is correlated with the metastasis of endometrial carcinoma and can be used as a new index for judging the progression and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
